Two Ugly Talks are on the Boston calendar this fall: an open mic on the 15th where early B2B founders tell the pivots and misses out loud, then an October night on the unglamorous skills an operator actually collects on the way up.

This is Tech Week without the pitch polish. Early B2B founders take the mic to walk through the failed raises, stalled launches, and restarts they usually keep quiet, and the mixer afterward runs on those admissions instead of business cards.
